Chemical Dosing Systems

Different methods are used in dosing systems, depending on the flow rate, type of chemical or pressure. In particular, the chemical dosing pump is preferred depending on the type of chemical and dosing amount. The substance to be dosed is the reference point for all other selections. Chemical dosing systems allow different chemicals to be dosed automatically at the desired level. Among the chemicals in question, chlorine, anti-corrosion chemicals, pH lowering can be listed as examples.

On and Off controlled dosing pumps get contact from any source. The dosing flow is adjusted manually, thanks to the adjustment button located on the electromagnetic pump. The dosing unit has an electromagnetic proportional dosing pump. This pump receives commands from the flow meter and doses according to the flow rate. ORP controlled dosage units measure the chlorine level in the water with its sensor. When the chlorine level falls below the adjusted value, it starts dosing with the proportional pump.

Chemical dosing is used in disinfection systems, industrial areas, flocculation systems, chlorine dosage processes, water and waste water facilities, swimming pools, steam boilers or cooling tower applications. Chemical dosing  systems are at the forefront with their usage advantages as well as the width of their usage areas. Chemical storage tanks, measurement control devices, pulsation damper, loading valve, calibration cylinder, line filter, shut-off valve, check valve, static mixer, manometer etc line accessories, dosing and transfer pumps are the components of these systems.

The chemical dosing system is designed using the necessary equipment and accessories according to the needs of the process and given parameters and is used for a long time with high precision.
