Gas Chlorination Systems

Minimum 75 kg / hr, Maximum 200 kg / hr capacity
HYDRO Vacuum regulators consist of several series with wall mounted and tube mounted models based on capacity and usage.
Each Hydro vacuum regulator shall have a spring opposed diaphragm which controls vacuum and closes tight upon loss of vacuum.
Basic sets including Vacuum Regulator and its ejector for manual dosing systems up to 10 kg / h are available.
Again, these capacities or over capacities can be supplied with other equipments required for the system depending on the manual or automatic dosage requests.

Maximum 200 kg/hr capacity
HYDRO Vaporizers are designed to be the most advanced and most efficient evaporators on the market.
It converts liquid phase chlorine taken from inside the chlorine drums into the gas phase by heating in its reactor, thus creating a more secure system to provide more gas chlorine by using less chlorine drums.
It is preferred in drinking water treatment plants, cooling towers, petrochemical industry. In addition, due to condensation problems in chlorine tanks and pipelines in regions with cold climates, the preferred way is to take liquid clorine from drums and convert to gas phase by vaporizers.

Mechanical Switchover or Automatic Changeover System
HYDRO changeover systems have 2 models as Mechanical Switchover or Automatic Changeover systems depending on the need and purpose of chlorination systems.
Automatic Changeover Systems, consisting of controller, line pressure gauge and electrically actuated ball valve, Automatic Changeover Systems, consisting of controller, line pressure gauge and electrically actuated ball valve, receive a low pressure alarm signal indicating that the gas supply is exhausted when the drums / collector line in operation are exhausted, and the controller closes the ball valve in use and opens the ball valve in standby.
The mechanical switchover unit is placed in the vacuum line and cannot receive any signal. When the vacuum in the operated vacuum line is reduced, it provides a transition to the standby line, thus ensuring constant gas flow.

HYDRO Chlorinators have wall mounted manual, wall-mounted automatic and floor mounted cabinet type depending on usage.
The maximum capacity for each model is 120 kg / h and it is capable of showing and adjusting the flow rates up to a minimum of 1/20 of the maximum flow rate value.

Accesorries for gas chlorination system 
Gas Chlorination Systems are systems consisting of many components. Together with the main equipment, the system also needs ancillary equipment / accessories.
Many equipments such as collector valves used on the collector lines, flexible connectors for connection to the chlorine tube / tank, in case of any particles or liquids coming from the chlorine drums heated liquid chlorine trap chlorine filter, pressure reducing valve to adjust pressure on the line, vacuum and pressure gauges complete the gas chlorination system.
After the system is designed mechanically, PLC - Automation Panel which controls the gas chlorination system and communicates with the main Scada board is designed according to the demand and offered to the customers.
