Pumps are equipments used to transfer, filter and circulate any liquid or liquid-like fluids from one place to another. Pumps that we encounter in almost every field of the industry are divided into different categories according to the design and working principles. The products evaluated in the transfer pumps heading are generally used for delivering a liquid to the desired location. The pump models in this category are:
Centrifugal pump: The liquid entering the center of the impeller connected to the electric motor with a mechanical seal or magnetic coupling is carried by centrifugal movement and comes out of the pump perpendicular to the inlet. The centrifugal pumps produced in different capacities to work with different chemicals are available as sealless or mechanical sealed pumps.
Drum pump: Drum pumps used by immersion in chemical, barrels, drums or IBC tanks can be driven by electric, air or chargeble motors. The flow and the fluid properties (viscosity, density, etc.) of these pumps, which have different material options (PP, PVDF, PVC and SS), may also change according to the process.
Air Operated double diaphragm pump: These pumps, which require a compressed air source to work, operate by pushing the diaphragms in two directions inside by the help of air. Air operated double diaphragm pumps are widely used in many different areas of the industry. Depending on the properties of the liquid to be pumped, the material of the body and internal parts may vary.
Electric operated double diaphragm pump: These pumps, which perform liquid pumping with the movement of diaphragms, operate with electricity instead of air. Electric operated double diaphragm pumps can be preferred because of their features such as precise dosage and transfer facility, pulseless and stable flow creation and high efficiency.
Peristaltic hose pump: These pumps, which are quite different from traditional pump designs, work on the principle of constantly compressing and releasing the liquid passing through a hose with a rotating rotor in the pump. Peristaltic hose pumps are often preferred for reasons such as lack of moving parts, simple structures and less maintenance.
Gear pump: As the name suggests, they are pump models that supply liquid with the movement of two different gears connected to the motor shaft. Gear pumps are widely used in chemical dosing and transfer applications because they show high sensitivity.
Mono pump: It is a type of pump that consists of materials called rotor and stator, based on the movement of a screw group connected to the motor shaft. Mono pumps are especially preferred for the transfer of fluids with high viscosity and solid content.
Lobe pump: Positive displacement and bidirectional operational lobe pumps pump liquid with opposite directional moving lobes .It is widely used especially in transferring granular and particulate fluids or transporting high viscosity fluids.
High pressure ATEX washing systems: These are systems developed for washing applications in processes that require ATEX certification, that is, in flammable and explosive processes. These systems, which are used for high pressure washing at areas such as petrochemicals, paint, food, etc. industries, can work with air or hydraulic driven motors. These pressure washer systems, which offer a flexible use, operate with high pressures such as 300 bar.
