¼" threaded connections, 19 lt / min, 7 bar
Graco Husky 205 series double diaphragm air operated pumps are high performance and trouble-free pneumatic pumps which are widely used in many industries.
Check valves are not ball valves and are spring type of Hastalloy material. This valve design makes it possible to mount the Husky 205 pumps horizontally, vertically or reverse.
Standard and ATEX-certified plastic material alternatives are available for the pump housing.
The Husky 205 series air operated double diaphragm pump is the smallest pump model in the Graco pneumatic double diaphragm pump series. But the word “small” should not be misleading; this pump is used with high performance in a wide range of fluids such as acids, bases, low viscosity coating chemicals, lubricants, adhesives etc.
In general, Husky 205 pumps are defined as pumps for dosing, metering, chemical feeding, circulation and analyzer systems due to their small capacity and size.
The Husky 205 series operates on-off as standard, optionally with an external solenoid-controlled air valve. With the externally controlled pump, the speed of the pump can be precisely controlled and low-cost dosing can be achieved.
Graco Husky 205 pumps can be used without problems in simple on-off or continuous operation conditions
Graco Husky Pneumatic Diaphragm Pumps Overview
Husky series diaphragm pumps are the best solution for dosing, transfering and circulating all kinds of fluids, and are the best solution for spray gun feeding applications. With its wide range of products, Graco Husky pumps provide excellent results for viscous, sticky, solids containing, sensitive to disintegration, abrasive or dense fluids. The Graco Husky air diaphragm pump series provides solutions to virtually all your pumping needs with different material structures (metal, plastic, conductive plastic) and has varying sizes. It is successfully used in many industries such as chemical, food, pharmaceutical, paper, energy, mining, petrochemical, water and wastewater treatment, ceramics, paint and ink. Special models are available for ATEX, food and pharmaceutical applications, and sensitive chemicals applications.
Positive displacement air diaphragm pumps are preferred day by day due to their simple and reliable structure, ease of use, maintenance, low investment and operating costs.

Graco Husky 205 Air Diaphragm Pump Performance Curves
Advantages of Graco Husky Pneumatic Diaphragm Pumps
- Ex-proof design due to being air driven instead of electric motor.
- No consumables like packing, coupling, seal etc.
- There is no risk of damage if runs dry / idle.
- If the discharge line is closed, the pump stops automatically without damage.
- Air supply pressure can be adjusted by regulator and can be operated in different flow and pressure ranges.
- No tight fit, no sliding or rotating parts.
- Disassembly is very easy to maintain.
- Maintenance costs, parts prices are cheap.
- It does not containany other consumable except diaphragm, ball valves and bearings and o-rings.
- It can operate at temperatures up to 100 ° C.
- Due to their small-compact size, they can be used in portable applications.
- Viscous and liquids with high solids content can be transferred easily.
How Does Graco Husky Air Diaphragm Pumps Work?
Air operated double diaphragm pumps are pumps that use two flexible diaphragms and four ball valves that move back and forth like suction pump. One of the diaphragms draws fluid in the pump while the other diaphragm loads the fluid in the discharge line into the discharge manifold. At the same time, the check valves in the upper and lower manifolds open and close alternately diagonally. The diaphragms act as an insulation wall between the air and the fluid.
