How Do Graco Quantm Electric Operated Double Diaphragm Pumps Work?

As same for the air operating double diaphragm pumps, electric operated double diaphragm pumps also have two flexible diaphragms and four ball valves that move back and forth like a suction pump. While one of the diaphragms draws fluid in the pump, the other diaphragm loads the fluid in the discharge line to the discharge line. In the meantime, the check valves in the lower and upper manifolds open and close diagonally alternately. Diaphragms act as an insulating wall between air and fluid.
