It provides a great advantage over horizontally mounted systems in terms of energy and disinfection efficiency by ensuring that all pathogens are exposed to UV rays thanks to its vertically mounted, cross-row arrangement. The automated ULTRAWIPER™ technology ensures clean quartz sleeves with tailored brush heads, ensuring operational efficiency.

Vertically Mounted SS Series Open Channel UV System

ULTRAAQUA vertically mounted, perpendicular to the water flow, open channel UV system is the world's only flood protection system designed for medium and large scale domestic and industrial wastewater disinfection.

Thanks to its high-quality electro-polished stainless steel AISI 316L structure, it provides energy savings up to 30% with the internal reflection of UV rays.

Trojan 3000Plus model open channel UV system is designed for medium and large scale wastewater treatment plants.
It has Trojan's patented ActiClean Automatic Chemical / Mechanical Cleaning System which is activated automatically at specified periods . Thanks to the chemical cleaning system that makes the Trojan different from other manufacturers, damaged of lamps during cleaning is minimized.
Long life 250 Watt amalgam lamps and variable output ballasts optimize UV output to meet waste water conditions and maximize system efficiency - reducing operating costs by up to 30% per year.
All system equipment, including the control panel that is designed to work completely outdoors, is suitable for outdoor use.
