Sisdoz, who realizes special dosing system designs according to the Customer process needs, has made designs using dosing pumps and equipments with different technology and material structures in its portfolio according to the working conditions determined by the building chemical production facility in our Marmara region.

 In the system realized by using Pulsafeeder Eclipse Series Gear type Magnetic Coupling Dosing Pump, flow measurement is also made with ASA Electromagnetic flowmeters from our portfolio with Teflon inner lining.

Eclipse series gear pumps are preferred because of their pulseless flow, high efficiency, long life and easy and simple maintenance compared to other pump types. All parameters are monitored instantaneously and recorded by automation in the project, where we perform the capacity adjustment precisely with the frequency inverter.

Pulsafeeder Eclipse series dosing pumps have PVDF and 316 Stainless steel body alternatives and their gears are made of stainless steel or PTFE material, so they can be used in any chemical dosing application.

Instead of the old, inefficient, uncontrolled, non-trackable  old system where everything was done manually, the fully automatic Chemical Dosing system was designed by Sisdoz, skid productions were made by using flowmeters and dosing pumps in our portfolio, software and automation requirements were also carried out by Sisdoz experienced electronic team. The Control panels were also produced, and then the warehouse tests were carried out by water, dispatched to the field and successfully commissioned.
