On demand from the municipality for caustic, chlorine, sulfuric acid, polyaluminium chloride (PAC) and polyelectrolyte dosing units , our chemical dosing systems wit Prodoz metering pumps have been designed in 3d drawings according to their narrow  & tight places, using optimum accessories.

Prodoz MPL series heavy duty, mechanical return dosing pumps with mechanical diaphragm made of Stainless Steel, PVC and PVDF materials for the different specified chemicals were selected according to chemical resistance tables. Wall skid systems made of PP material were created using calibration cylinders, suction filters, pressure relief valves, pressure loading valves, pulsation dampeners, diaphragm protected pressure gauges and ball valves.

Suction pipe assemblies and tank level systems have been installed for the tanks where pumps are priming so that all points inside the dosing room are made ready for safe chemical dosing.

 All selected Prodoz dosing pumps have integrated automatic control units known as DPC and they work to make automatic dosing according to the facility needs by the central automation System PLC, whose software was also developed and installed by the Sisdoz team.
